#ThankYouLKY

A very upsetting news to start off the week.
Our Nation Father has passed on.

Thank You Sir for building such a Nation for us.
Today, I took a slower walk, a bit more time to look at the surrounding, the swaying trees, the infrastructure, the successful Singapore and the things that we took for granted.
If not for him, we will not be in this 1st class nation.
A tiny red dot that meant nothing to anyone, but it definitely meant a lot for us.

How Mr Lee "brought up" Singapore to be where we are now.
As much as how many are not pleased with him, he did his best to bring us a place call Home.

"For reasons of sentiment, I would like part of my ashes to be mixed up with Mama's, and both her ashes and mine put side by side in the columbarium. We were joined in life and I would like our ashes to be joined after this life."
- Lee Kuan Yew

The love for his dear wife really touched me deeply.

He did so much for us all, till the very last breath.

Our Nation would not have been this successful if not for your courage, your vision and everything.
Thank You Sir.
