Review: Biore Micellar Cleansing Water

I'm always on a lookout for a good Makeup Remover.
I always prefer water base Remover to oil based ones.

I used to buy Fancl, but reckon that it was too oily
Then I moved on to Shu Umera, but the price was not cheap at all.
Right now, I'm switching between Shu Umera and Etude House.
