A little small kitchen trick!

I love Coriander leaves on my dishes
BUT
the market is always selling the leaves in a bunch when sometimes I only need a lil for the dishes.

after that the rest of the leaves are kept in the fridge, but they NEVER last more than 5 days.
it will grow old and wither.
