Food by Me #01

Not sure how many of you actually like Sauteé Mushrooms.
I am madly in love with them, serious!
I never get enough of them and I'm always wanting for more. 

Not sure if it is just me, but most of the sauteé mushrooms is easily spotted in brunch only. 
So I decided to cook them my way and savour it without paying for the whole course! 

Please don't judge me.
I'm not a miser who wants to save moolahs.
But! Because I love to cook and experience new food and flavors.

In case if you guys wanna try out your own sauteé mushroom
I will be blogging the recipe below! :)

Simple steps yet salivating.

1. White Button Mushrooms (sliced)
2. Balsamic Vinegar
3. Salt
4. Parsley Flakes
6. Minced Garlic
7. Olive Oil/Vegetable Oil
Simple isn't it?

1. Heat the wok/pan
2. Pour the oil in when the wok/pan is dried (prevent oil from splattering)
3. Pour in the minced garlic (add more if you like garlic-ky taste)
4. When the garlic turns slight golden, pour in the mushrooms
5. Stir for a while, and pour in the balsamic vinegar
6. Add a pinch of salt
7. Let the mushroom cooked and soak for about 10-15 mins.
8. Add the parsley flakes in before serving onto the plate
9. Off the stove and scoop up the mushroom!

Sauteé Mushroom is ready to be served!
