Healthy Fats! Spamming Fats!

i guess by the name, u could guess that the Healthy fats that im talking about is Avocado!
Been recently into this Avocado Shake, dont ask me why. I NEVER like Avocado before.. >.<

Cos i cannot help thinking that it's an OILY fruit to begin with. so fatty me cannot intake this kind of item too much. But this Fruit Juice stall near my office is "seducing" me to buy it.
$2 for such a big cup and with all the real fruits with no artificial flavouring is buying me over. I guess no other place u can find such good fruit juice with such pricing except here.

I would describe the juice as creamy yet not oily. taste like ice cream/sorbert. with blended ice makes drinking it in such a hot day, a blessing in summer! The taste of avocado is just nice to my liking, not too bland nor too strong n pungent. Light pastel green makes my hot day less scorchy! =D

Googled the benefits of Avocado and realised that the benefits are beyond what i expect!

Avocados are an excellent source of glutathione, an important antioxidant that researchers say is important in preventing aging, cancer, and heart disease.
Vitamin E Powerhouse
Avocados are the best fruit source of vitamin E, an essential vitamin that protects against many diseases and helps maintains overall health.

So remember to continue drinking ur Avocado Dosage! for those who dont drink, do try a lil of it. i bet you will be surprise by the texture of it! :)

My Sat Paktor session with BF. 
Been the longest time since i last spent a sat in town, walking hand-in-hand aimlessly along the road of Orchard. 
The whole of April and starting of May is filled with activities, that we do not have any OUR-Time. 
really enjoyed the little date even when it's short, short and sweet is the best description for the date :)

My Birki gave way so dragged my boy to Wheelock for some birki shopping, as he was too hungry, he suggested for dinner first since the dinner crowd will be flocking anytime soon. Being the nicest gf, i agree to go for satisfy his tummy first! Since we were at Wheelock, we decided to dine there rather den walking aimlessly for dinner. 
We passed by the BangkOkJAM (no Q), sudden craving for thai food, we stepped in and gave it a try. (Of cos after browsing through the menu)


The interior of the restaurant looks way too modern to be recognised as a Thai Restaurant. 
my Impression of Thai restaurant may look like Thai Express or Ah-Loy! hahaha.. 
The pretty Menu with all the food looking so appetising and tempting. *slurps*
and the lovely coasters that are so pretty that I took 1 home.#cheapthrills
whoops...~! >.<

The staffs are so new that they dont even know the number of the tables! #OMG!
the waiting time was bearable except that the drinks took a fair bit of time to reach and the Phat Thai was the last to serve to BF, i was already finishing my main course by the time it was served. 
the place wasnt fully utilised as I thought they could have more tables instead of being so sparsely organised tables. 
the pricing was affordable and the food I thought was better den Ah-Loy. Wait! i only compared the Phat Thai! If the Tom-Yam glass noodles soup was the soup that they serve, den i would say i prefer the BangkOKJAM one! 
but of cos the yi fen qian yi fen huo.

The first item that goes into my mouth and the tea was nice, so before the food came, i already told myself that the food wont be too bad afterall! :)

The Chic Wing 
nice but it will be better if they hadnt cut the mid-joint into 2. 
The Chic wing like ma chiam not much marination like that. 
So for the price, i doubt i will order it anymore. 
So sorry Mr/Miss Chicken. :(

Pomelo Prawn Salad. 
BF wanted to order the Thai Salad, but I don't want.
Reason: Cos i can make for him! =p
This salad surprises me with every bite, maybe cos i like pomelo or anything fruits.
The pomelo is not bitter neither is it sweet, jus nice for the salad. 
The flesh of the pomelo is so crunchy that the juice can just squirt its way out. 
my bf bite it and the juice "flew" to my arm! -_-''
Nice mixture of the cashew nuts along with the crunchy fried onions(unsure)
But the prawns is a bit too little already.
TomYum Glass Noodles Seafood Soup
The soup is thick enough for my liking. 
Not very spicy as i would describe 
(ps, im a super chilli lover)
The noodles was a lil hard but acceptable. 
The soup base is heavenly that i finish every drop of it! *dang*
Aft which i cfm i need a water parade aft this meal but i was WRONG! 
I reckon that the MSG added in wasnt that much. 
nom nom nom.. Yummy! 

Seafood Phat Thai
The Color already tell me that the food will be nice
alongside with the fragrance! 
This Phat Thai won me over. Serving not as much but enough for the both of us!
I've found a new phat thai love! <3

I found a new thai food place to satisfy my countless TomYum Cravings! :)
Will definitely return again!

I managed to survive the night without buying anything! hurray! :))

But of cos i got a new bag!
